Do I need gym experience?
Not at all. We work with complete beginners and experienced lifters alike. Your program is built around where you are right now, not where you think you should be.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled within the same week whenever possible. Your coach will work with you, not against you.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes — we offer a 2-payment option. Mention it when you apply and we'll set it up for you.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
Many members continue with a Structure membership or enroll in the next intensive. You'll leave with a clear roadmap either way.
How many spots are available?
Each cohort is intentionally small so every member gets real coaching attention. Once spots fill, the next cohort won't open for several weeks.
